Who We Are
“I want to spend each day feeling inspired and doing what I love—dedicating myself to helping others reach their goals and giving back to society.”Brad, Owner
Brad MacLean, Owner
Brad began his 15-year professional career with General Electric (GE) in 2001 after earning a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from Lewis University. As part of the IMLP (Information Management Leadership Program) at GE Medical Systems in Milwaukee, WI, Brad learned how large-scale IT departments bring value to the business and how to manage complex software development projects. In 2004, Brad transitioned to GE Franchise Finance in Scottsdale, AZ as a Lead IT Project Manager. In this role, Brad successfully managed and delivered dozens of strategic IT projects including the build and deploy of a customer-facing web portal; an underwriting opening-and-closing web application suite; and conversion to an enterprise-level sub ledger. During this time, he also earned his PMP and Six Sigma Green Belt certifications.
In 2010, Brad became a part of GE Capital Americas as a Senior IT Project Manager, where he transformed the Commercial IT department’s software development processes using Agile principles and Scrum framework. A certified Scrum Master, Brad also shaped and executed a customer experience strategy leveraging cutting-edge digital technologies and UX design principles.
Promoted to Program Manager and then IT Leader, Brad oversaw a team of twenty employees and contractors in five states and two countries. Their focus: to deliver best-in-class digital experiences to GE Capital customers by building a centralized web application platform called MyGECapital.com. This brought GE’s vast expertise and value-add tools directly to mid-size companies to help grow their business and improve the overall customer experience.
After gaining valuable experience in the corporate world, Brad was inspired to pursue his dream of owning his own business. He formed Nspired Tech Solutions, LLC in 2015 to focus on providing Agile consulting to larger IT teams and digital solutions to small businesses and nonprofits. Through their “Paying it Forward” program, Nspired donates 10% of a client’s annual billing to a nonprofit of their choice. In addition, Brad personally volunteers his time by providing technology services to several nonprofits. Currently enrolled in the Nonprofit Management Institute at Arizona State University, he resides in Peoria, AZ with his wife and two children.
